WHen will my order ship?
All Limited-Edition prints are locally fulfilled by Hampton Photo Arts. Please expect 2-4 days for printing and another 2-3 days to sign, package and ship. All prints are shipped rolled in tubes using UPS or Fedex Ground. Once shipped tracking information will be emailed to you. If you would like a faster shipping service, please contact us to arrange something which better meets your needs.
All Original Works of art will be boxed and shipped on standard ground within 7 days of your order. If you would like it expedited please inquire for alternative methods.
What is your Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds?
Please understand that after 24 hours we are unable to refund Limited Edition Print orders. Once orders have been submitted to the printer they are unable to be cancelled.
For Original Works of Art, once the order has been placed refunds are not available. Should you have ANY questions, please contact us before placing your order,
Should a print or original arrive damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.
